I kindly ask for 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If you must change or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (or if you miss your appointment) payment for the full appointment will still be due. If you have a package, the time will be automatically deducted from your package without notice. If you don't have a package, a text will be sent to you from my booking system informing you of your cancellation fee and how to pay it before your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have provided a cell phone number, a text message reminder will be sent to you 2 days before your appointment. Please read your text message reminders carefully as texts are automated and come from my booking system. I don't receive replies sent to that number. To reach me directly please text or call my cell at 613-340-3908. Please include your full name in the message. I will reply as soon as I can within business hours. Thank you.
There is street parking directly in front of the building and across the street. If there is no parking available you can park at Shoppers Drug Mart which is a 1 minute walk.
If you arrive early for your appointment, the door may be locked between clients. This is so the front area is not left unattended when I am working alone in the building. This will usually be after 3pm and on Sundays and Mondays. If the door is locked when you arrive, I am with a client and I will be with you as soon as possible. I am working on a code system to allow entry in the near future.
Please feel free to use our washroom anytime, it is disinfected between each client.
I accept cash, debit and credit.
Hours may fluctuate and may be extended for the holiday season 12:00pm-9:00pm (except Sundays).
All covid procedures are still to be followed including social distancing when other customers are in the building.
Please screen yourself for COVID-19 symptoms before your appointment and cancel your appointment if you feel you may be ill.
Please wear your mask to your appointment. Your Electrologist will wear a Level 3 medical mask at all times.
Please use hand sanitizer upon arrival.
I only see 1 patient at a time. There is additional time scheduled in between each client for sterilization procedures and so traffic does not overlap.
All surfaces are disinfected between each client (bed, chair, equipment, door knobs, handles, railings, payment terminals, pens, bathroom, etc.)
All bedding is disposable or thoroughly laundered between use.
Tools that are not disposable are sterilized and disinfected between each client.
