I was thrilled to have a person to start electrolysis with so conveniently located and was immediately impressed when I walked in and was greeted warmly at the beautiful location with impressive equipment.  I have been a client of Christa’s since March 2020.  Even with all of the shutdowns I am still in awe over my results. Electrolysis with Christa is the only way to go if you want permanent hair removal.  I was at my wits end before I decided to book with Christa.  After being diagnosed with PCOS I tried everything from medications to laser to stop the hair growth on my face.  I toyed with the idea of getting permanent hair removal for some time. I wasn't convinced so, I went for a free consultation with Christa around the end of the summer 2021. My upper lip was source of embarrassment for me.  I would like to tell you what a gem of a place Star Wellness is. Christa came highly recommended to me through a friend. I immediately saw an improvement from my first appointment.  As someone, who has been interested in electrolysis for years, but held back due to fear, uncertainty, shame and a lack of knowledge of where to start, it never came to fruition till last year. When Star wellness came to my hair salon at the time, a few years ago, I was interested in the idea of starting but still held back, and I just kept an eye on this new business. I would casually look at the Facebook page and was drawn to the testimonies she was posting at that time.  She shared videos on how the process worked and even presented a very welcoming atmosphere online. I ended up entering a contest I saw on Facebook, and I won an hour of free electrolysis. After I finally pushed myself to get the free consultation, I felt really comfortable and excited to finally start the process!

She had great videos online of the whole electrolysis process, has a free in person consultation and explanation of the whole process,  hands you a guide to take home and your free to ask any questions as you go along.  And lastly, as a person who has a low pain tolerance, Christa led me to a numbing cream I certainly appreciate and the procedure each time is over before I know it anyways! Making the short-term pain for long term gain! I wish I started sooner! But it was a great stepping stone process for me as I embarked on this journey. I certainly am thankful I found a great local business, with a very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, who does a great job!
