I know it's difficult to miss your appointment, especially if you have facial hair... but please respect myself and others as the appointment is performed in close proximity in a confined area. I often take 50+ appointments a week. If I get sick and I have to close the office, it affects not only myself but all my other clients. If you are truly sick there will be no cancellation fee. I do keep notes and repeat offenders will need to pre-pay. Thank you so much for understanding.
The door may be locked if I have an appointment in progress and you arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time. Please feel free to enter if the door is unlocked and I will be with you as soon as possible.
Please remove your shoes upon entry. We would like to protect our bedding and flooring from being soiled. There are optional disposable slippers for use by request. Thank you for your cooperation.
You will go through 4 stages of your Electrolysis Treatments. Clearance, Reduction, Maintenance and Permanent Stage. If you do not follow the recommended treatment plan, reschedule/miss too many appointments or do not treat the hairs in their growing stage, the process will take longer to become permanent.
It is very important to be diligent with your appointments during the clearance and reduction stage. Keeping on top of active hair growth in it's growing stage and following the recommended treatment plan will result in faster permanent results, less money spent and less treatments in total. Treating the hairs when they are first growing will ensure the fastest results.
The full appointment fee will be due for all appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed within 24 hours of the appointment date/time. If you have a package, the time will automatically be deducted from your package. If you do not have a package, E-transfer can be sent upon notice and must be paid before your next appointment is scheduled. I am understanding of weather and emergencies while being mindful of those who may take advantage of my kindness. Thank you for understanding!
Automated appointment Reminders are offered by text message through my booking system. Even if you do not receive a reminder, it is still your duty to remember your appointment. You should receive a text from our automated system 48 hours before your appointment. This leaves time to reschedule within the 24 hour cancellation time-frame should you need to change your appointment.
If you are unable to commit to your appointments on a consistent basis, Electrolysis may not be the right method for you. I reserve the right to terminate your service at any time if you are not taking your treatments seriously. The recommended treatment plan is based around the hair growth cycles and is given to you so that you can achieve permanent hair removal in the shortest amount of time. Delaying your treatments only makes the process take longer and costs you more money. I will not perform Electrolysis on you if it is not done correctly and results are not being achieved within a proper time-frame. Your time and my time as well as my reputation must be respected. If you are not able to follow this plan to the best of your ability and I do not feel we are making progress within my standards, I will cease your treatments. Thank you for understanding.

If you are trying to reach me to reschedule but do not receive a response in time, don't worry - as long as you have tried to contact me and I have proof by text, email or phone message, you will not be charged within the 24 hour time frame of that message.
Due to the high demand, I cannot guarantee I will receive emails, phone messages or social media messages within a reasonable timeframe. These may take me up to 14 days to reply to.
