24 Hour Cancellation Policy

To book or change an appointment , you may do so online within 72 hours of your appointment, or you may text or call Christa at 613-340-3908. To better serve you, please include your full name as well as your appointment availability. Thank you!

I kindly ask for 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. If you must change or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (or if you miss your appointment) payment for the full appointment will still be due. If you have a package, the time will be automatically deducted from your package without notice. If you don't have a package, a text will be sent to you from my booking system informing you of your cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

-Cancellation Fees can be paid by sending the amount by E-transfer to christajohnson@outlook.com

-If you are on a package, the amount will be deducted automatically without notice. 

-Alternatively you can make arrangements by text to pay the fee at your next appointment

15 Minute Electrolysis - $45

30 Minute Electrolysis - $80

45 Minute Electrolysis - $100

1 Hour Electrolysis - $120

Skin Anomaly Treatments - $65

The cancellation fee can be waived depending on certain situations. 

• I am able to fill the empty slot and replace the lost income
• You are the first appointment of the day and you have messaged me before I have left my home
• You are the last appointment of the day so I can leave early without disruptions to my schedule
• You have a medical emergency or death in the family 
• Snow storms or icy conditions/freezing rain

A note will be left in your file. For repeat offenders, pre-payment will be required for future appointments. I sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
