This is a self serve sauna and pre-payment is required to book. Our staff may not be available to greet you when you arrive. Pleas read carefully. We will have the Sauna heated for you when you arrive.
How to book: Complete the online waiver and pay for one session or a discounted package of 6. After payment you will be re-directed to the online booking site. If this is your first visit, you will have to create an account first. If you paid for one session, you will have to complete the waiver each time you book as that is the only way to pre-pay. If you pay for 6, you can book all 6. You will have to complete the waiver again when you purchase another package. Booking link below.
If you are new to Infrared Sauna Therapy, we suggest starting with 15 minute sessions. Once you are familiarized with how your body reacts to the treatment, you can gradually increase to longer sessions.
As with most therapies, regular use over time is key to experiencing the full benefits of infrared sauna therapy. 2-4 sessions are recommended per week for chronic pain, muscle soreness, etc. It is crucial to listen to your body and adjust frequency as needed, potentially starting with fewer sessions and gradually increasing as your body adapts. If you are using the sauna for detoxification purposes it is recommended to increase your frequency.

Please ensure you are adequately hydrated before (and during) your appointment. To respect the hygiene of others, please shower before arriving to your appointment (we do not have shower facilities).
Please continue to hydrate throughout your session (water only). This is a relaxing and calming experience designed to recharged and de-stress. You may choose to sit in inner stillness and mindful intention of promoting healing and balance. Or you may choose to listen to music or a podcast through the Bluetooth speaker.
After your appointment please make sure you have all your items and you can leave as soon as your time is finished.
